So I'm trying to be more active on here. Been checking out the BJD groups and keeping up on some other stuff. I am working on posting some of my photos, as well. Nothing extravagant, but just some fun stuff I've been experimenting with. I'm currently working on my photography. My husband is a photojournalist and has been teaching me how to make better use of my camera. It's still a work in progress, but it is coming along. It's possible we'll invest in a much better camera this Christmas, which of course means learning all over again. I'm hoping to expand my artistic failures later this year, so we shall see how that pans out.

A Pit Bull in Colorado has been taken in by the city for barking at residents. He escaped from his yard with his roommate, a Doberman, who was also joining in on barking at residents. The Doberman was returned to his family, no questions asked. However, the Pit Bull has been deemed "dangerous" and the family now has to go to court to try to save their poor dog who never tried to hurt anyone. This family needs all the help they can get. Two other Pit Bulls, one in Northern Ireland and another in Canada, were also unjustly euthanized earlier this year. We need to stop the cycle! I am getting a chest piece done tomorrow, starting at noon. It will go across my entire chest plate and sit directly under my collarbone. It's going to hurt. So bad. I admit, I'm a bit nervous. It's still going to be friggin' awesome, though.
